Veranza Music House

Veranza Music House   is an independent organization founded in 2007 with a core mission in providing a platform for young Indonesian pianists to further develop their talents.  Through its annual National Piano Competition (first launched in 2007 in Surabaya), Veranza Music House aims to create a high standard platform without exception for young pianists to showcase their talents and hard work.   Following the success of the Veranza Music House Surabaya Piano Competition, Veranza Muisc House continues its mission by organizing competitions in other major cities in Indonesia, including Medan, Jakarta, Yogyakarta, Palembang and Semarang and with tremendous support from piano teachers or participating parents.  until it can continue to exist.  Veranza Music House humbly hopes to be a place for the advancement of Indonesian pianists throughout the world to give and inspire one another.   Through competitions and master classes, Veranza Music House believes in building confiden

Mr. Soetiono Iskandar   Veranza Music House founder, Mr. Soetiono Iskandar, a native of Surabaya, Indonesia.  He began to study piano at the age of four, with his strong passion for music. He believed that to be an effective piano teacher, one must become an extraordinary pianist first.  He then chose to continue his studies in piano performances at The Hague. After completing his studies, he decided to return to his native land with a strong vision to develop young talents.  As he witnessed the increasing number of talented young pianists in Indonesia and the lack of a professional platform, it was his dream to create Veranza Music House for pianists to share their love of music and their most sincere thoughts and feelings.   He believes that in addition to providing a platform for pianists to perform and share their music, competition must also foster meaningful friendships and relationships.  He believes that the main purpose of competition is not only about choosing the best an
